Faced with a difficult challenge, Nico van der Meulen architects came up with a master plan. Taking advantage of the hot climate of the tropic of Capricorn, they created a plan to have a natural cooling system with the use of their architectural skills. The living space has been doubled since the renovation and the home has been adorned with steel and glass to provide a diverse style of durability. Check out the rest of the home below!
