Birkenstock’s historic heritage began in the early years of 1774 and has become a prominent footwear staple ever since.

Created by Konrad Birkenstock, the company initially rose to fame through its intricately developed footbed insoles. They were particularly crafted with a deep heel cup that would cradle the foot for a more natural cushioning.

The insoles also emphasized different

elements including arch and

transverse support whereas the toes featured raised outlines for a more natural gripping sensation with each step.

This particular construction enforces exercise with its natural gripping motion. Many didn’t realize how important proper foot alignment was

and found this type of cushioning extremely crucial.

Konrad Birkenstock and his family were dedicated to providing thoughtful insoles and because of their devotion, Birkenstock has become one of the most coveted styles to date.

Just in time for summer

Birkenstock has released new colorways of signature styles and introduced new technologies for an even more comfortable experience.

The latest addition to their footwear lineup includes their Arizona Vegan Birkibuc silhouette. Taking cues from the original design, the sandal features a new upper titled Birkibuc.

This fabric is made with vegan materials for a skin-friendly experience without taking away its durability. Its synthetic material is complemented by Birkenstock’s cork-latex footbed and microfiber lining. Its comfortable fit is made for varying terrain and can be worn all day. Each Arizona silhouette comes complete with a duo strap that can be customized to your liking. New colorways are also introduced including Faded Khaki, Desert Soil Khaki, Icy Metallic Stone, and Tobacco Brown.
