Adidas and creative NIGO team up again for their second adidas Originals x Human Made FW20 Drop 2. Nigo’s aesthetic for heritage apparel is channeled through Human Made’s designs for adidas, which make use of vintage sporting references, as well as items from NIGO’s personal collection. 

Adidas and Human Made have made a special graphic logo exclusively for the adidas Originals by Human Made collection. The collection focuses on the idea “Future is in the past” and utilizes both signature adidas and Human Made motifs. 

The second drop sees both footwear and apparel selections, that include technical garments and heritage denim. For footwear, the Marathon HM is informed by archival shoes, with the Marathon’s trail-inspired upper sitting atop o BOOST sole unit. The upper sees Nubuck panels in two vintage colorways, which takes cues from Marathon Trainers in the adidas archive. Finishing details include the Human Made’s exclusive heart logo for adidas on the heel. 

For apparel, the collection sees matching track tops and pants, an inflatable jacket and more. The adidas Originals x Human Made Infl Jacket is equipped with a hidden tube in the left chest, which allows the garment to be inflated. Other details include 2-way access pockets, a zip closure, Katakana text and the exclusive heart logo on the left chest. The adidas Originals x Human Made 5P pant are a classic 5-pocket design with a drawcord on the waist, featuring a painter pocket on the right and classic adidas three-stripe graphics on the right hip pocket. Other items in the collection include adidas x Human Made Sweatshirt and logo-sleeve t-shirt that features the exclusive graphic and “Future is in the past” written on the back.
