Established in 1981 by the United Nations General Assembly, the International Day of Peace is observed worldwide on September 21. This day was created so that all of humanity shares this date to commit to Peace above all differences and contribute to building a Culture of Peace. This year’s Peace Day theme is: Recovering Better for an Equitable and Sustainable World.
