Today we introduce our "Feature'd Album of the Week". For our first installment we featured Music Soulchild's Aijuswanaseing (I Just Wanna Sing) debut album. Released in late 2000, the record struck a chord with its sensual jams and heartfelt plea for love and understanding. Produced by Soulchild’s fellow Philadelphian Jazzy Jeff, the album was a top 30 US hit and acted as a prime example of the soft R&B-neo-soul sound. By the end of the album, Music Soulchild would have successfully showcased his versatility as he crisscrosses the various styles of R&B, soul, and rap. Aijuswanaseing can be the perfect backdrop for a romantic candlelit occasion or just a casual stroll.
