Inspired by Jordan’s love for playing basketball, Jordan Brand joins forces with Converse for their latest 2-pair offering. Officially named "The 2 That Started It All" Pack ($300), the release includes the iconic Air Jordan II silhouette, alongside Converse's Fastbreak model. The two sneakers were chosen as a celebration of MJ's famous “Love of the Game” contract clause which allowed participation in competitive off-season pickup games, before his professional career even began (he wore Converse during most of his college career). Both classic models are dressed in UNC-themed colors as a nod to the times that Jordan wore both pairs while not playing in NBA games. Constructed from predominantly White leather uppers, the Jordan 2 utilizes Carolina Blue on the heel, while the Fastbreak uses it on the branding and lining.
