First introduced back in the ‘60s as hats made for truck drivers to keep cool, the utilitarian silhouette has transformed over the years into becoming an everyday headwear staple among people worldwide.

What exactly is a trucker hat, and how is it different from an everyday baseball cap? A trucker hat is a form of a baseball cap that includes two unique design components: its foam front panel and mesh back panel. The trucker hat differs from the everyday baseball cap by typically having a taller and more structured ‘front’ of the silhouette, and it often has a slightly curved bill. The back panel is usually made of a breathable mesh material, offering more ventilation and comfort during the warmer months.

With that, we’re excited to announce that our NEW headwear silhouette, the FEATURE Frew Trucker Hats, are available now at all retail stores + online. Available in the shades Black/White, Brown/Tan, Dark Green, Navy/White, and Red/White, the hats are composed of polyester foam at the structured front and incorporate a screen-printed logo brand graphic at the face. A slightly-curved brim is placed, while the mesh paneling makes an additional impression. The adjustable rear snapback closure completes the design.
