Often referred to as the ‘The House of Givenchy,’ Givenchy has been a leader in the couture fashion industry since 1952. Established in Paris, France, the fashion house Givenchy came to fruition by Hubert De Givenchy, whose early experience and admiration for fashion led him to pursue his label. In the early 20th century, Huber De Givenchy developed a close relationship with highly notable figures he styled such as Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Kennedy. Givenchy’s notable 4G logo comprises four separate ‘G’ letters. In 2021, 1017 Alyx 9SM founder Matthew M. Williams became the creative director of Givenchy. Givenchy focuses on detailed tailoring for ready-to-wear apparel. This apparel includes hoodies, t-shirts, leggings, cardigans, etc. Givenchy also creates couture accessories such as scarves, backpacks, shoulder bags, crossbody bags, and tote bags.

Givenchy’s latest arrivals include the Givenchy Shirt. Taking on a cotton blend, the silhouette utilizes a cotton blend and a spread collar. Embroidered branding and imagery make a subtle impression. The button-down closure secures the design. As for accessories, the Givenchy Ant U Crossbody Tech makes a statement with its nylon blend and metal hardware branding throughout. A zip closure secures the design, while the adjustable shoulder strap is seen. The internal slot pocket and fabric lining tie together the design.

Givenchy also introduces new footwear as part of its delivery. The Givenchy City Sport Sneaker is a must-have with its calfskin leather upper and lace-up front. The metal and raised emblems can be seen at the tongue and heel, while the printed 4G branding spreads from the side to the rubber midsole. The calfskin leather insole and rubber outsole wrap up the remainder of the look.
