The UnCommons houses an upscale food hall, which has grown to be a hub for world-class culinary experiences. With a handful of dining experiences soon to come in 2023, some eateries offered at the UnCommons include SunLife Organics, Mercadito, Urth Caffé, and more.

AREA15

Another must-stop in Las Vegas is AREA15. First opened in the fall of 2020, AREA15 is just a few minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. This 40,000-square-foot outdoor and indoor venue is the world’s first purpose-built experimental art, entertainment, and event complex. A unique experience for all ages, this immersive experience venue offers experiences such as art shows, virtual reality experiences, axe throwing, and additional entertainment such as concerts, events, eateries, bars, and much more. With that, AREA15 announced at the start of the year that they would partner with Universal to create a year-round horror-themed experience. This will be Universal Studios’ first permanent horror attraction outside of its theme parks. Although the official name and opening date have yet to be announced, this is guaranteed to become a popular attraction in Las Vegas.

The Chandelier

Located inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, The Chandelier (Bar) has become the focal point of this Las Vegas Strip luxury resort hotel. Offering premium beverages and great photo-ops for Instagram, this visual wonder is crafted from over 7 million faceted crystals, creating a one-of-a-kind bar experience. Housing three different stories, The Chandelier simultaneously considers elements of being a playground, art exhibit, and cocktail haven. Good Pie

Established by Brooklyn-born international award-winning pizzaiolo Vincent Rotolo, Good Pie is an essential pizza stop. Located in the Arts District of Downtown Las Vegas, this is the perfect place to start or end any night in DTLV. This local favorite is known for its Grandma, Brooklyn, and Detroit-style pizzas. Also serving ‘by-the-slice’ New York-style pizza that can be purchased at the front window, Good Pie also serves gluten-free vegan pizzas. BrewDog Las Vegas

Having just opened at the end of 2022, BrewDog Las Vegas is the perfect place on the Las Vegas Strip, specifically, if you’re interested in a 360-degree view of all the Strip has to offer. BrewDog started with two guys from Scotland bottling up craft beer, which then transformed from a brewery in Scotland to the first United States West Coast location in Las Vegas. BrewDog features two floors, with the top including a 30,0000 square foot rooftop-like terrace with lounge-like seating. The floor below is the Brewery Tap Room, where you can find made-to-order pub-style food like pizza and wings. BrewDog has many games, such as pinball, shuffleboard, and board games, that will keep anybody in your group entertained. Back on the second floor is where you can find delicious food like lobster mac and cheese, an 8-ounce wagyu burger, along with a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes. As for alcohol, BrewDog carries over 96 different beers on tap, along with premium hand-crafted cocktails.

Peyote

Located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, Peyote brings a retro charm to the eclectic Ferguson's community. This Latin-inspired restaurant with modern interpretations takes on all things Palm Springs with hundreds of cacti, artwork, and pastels scattered throughout the 3,400 square foot restaurant. When arriving at Peyote, guests are greeted by a plethora of cacti and a succulent garden leading them to the beaming restaurant. Peyote serves elevated open-fire Mexican-inspired dishes that are made with farm-fresh ingredients.
