The iconic sneaker brand is passionate about empowering today’s spirit of youth by celebrating freedom of expression through individuals and their movements. While remaining steadfast in fostering creativity and rebellion, Converse constantly evolves and stays true to its heritage and legacy.

In celebration of the grand opening of our fourth FEATURE retail store in Scottsdale, Arizona, we have joined with Converse to spotlight four local Scottsdale creators who embody Converse’s passion for expression. Originally from San Diego, California, Natasha Castles (@natashacastles) is best known for being the voice of the afternoon show on Phoenix’s LIVE 101.5. “I’ve been in Phoenix for a little bit over 15 years. I call myself a Phoenician at this point,” says Natasha. She has wanted to be on the radio since she was a kid, even recording on her karaoke machine and cassette tape. Natasha has transformed into starting The Roosevelt Tape (@TheRooseveltTape), where good friends recommend good music.

To Natasha, Converse is part of the culture. “Converse is the first shoe I ever wanted, and I’m still wearing them to this day. They’ve stayed true to their original form,” she says.
