Making its debut, Nike first joined forces with UNION to release the Jordan Delta Mid silhouette. This development is a unique model new to the Nike x Jordan line-up, offering a fresh take on the typical Jordan. The sneaker is a high collar version of the Delta and Delta SP that also debuted this year. The positive feedback from the Jordan x Union Delta Mid launch showed Nike the possibilities with the silhouette and has prompted new colorways of the Jordan Delta Mid to be released.

To kick off 2021, Nike will be releasing the Jordan Delta Mid ‘Storm Blue,’ a stand-alone design compared to its collaborative predecessor. The construction of the sneaker varies as different fabrics overlay the base. Suedes, technical mesh, and thermoplastic rubbers build the base creating a unique and futuristic model - completely different from models seen within the Jumpman collection. An exposed and oversized foam tongue coincides with its larger React foam insoles, providing comfort and security with each step. Two pull tabs are stitched on the heel and tongue contributing to an easy application. Completing the look, signature gum midsoles are given a patterned design attributing to the shoe’s traction and durability.
