AMIRI debuted in 2014 with its founder and Creative Director, Mike Amiri. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mike Amiri got his start in the fashion industry by crafting one-of-a-kind apparel pieces for iconic musicians like Axyl Rose and Steven Tyler. This successful venture resulted in Amiri joining forces with more stylists and labels in Los Angeles. During this time, Mike Amiri got a better sense of capturing the authentic west coast rock’n’roll culture.

AMIRI’s roots fuse nostalgia with street culture, all while considering rock’n’roll aesthetics that have further expanded the global luxury label. Originally revered for its signature thrashed skinny jeans, the brand has grown toward an audience that appreciates the modern take on luxury apparel. To Mike Amiri, the label references Los Angeles’ melting pot of subcultures, including skaters, musicians, rock stars, and artists. AMIRI has grown tremendously to include an array of luxury ready-to-wear apparel like hoodies, t-shirts, sweatpants, denim jeans, and more. The label also offers accessories and footwear, such as hats and high-top sneakers.

With that, the Los Angeles-based luxury label AMIRI introduces its new Pre-Fall 2023 collection, celebrates the California mindset and pays tribute to Amiercan through concepts of discovery, newness, and exploration. These silhouettes are lightweight while taking on sports influences through critical pieces. Pieces are treated with repeated washes, hyper-detailing, hand distressing, and unique coloring to help redefine luxury apparel. Additional items such as sneakers and headwear are also introduced in the new collection, such as the AMIRI Skeltop Low. This unique silhouette introduces a leather upper along with perforations that can be found at the toe box. The leather overlays are treated with a special terry cloth bone-inspired applique. Amiri branding can be found on the tongue label, heel, and midsole. The lace-up sneaker is finished with a rubber outsole.

Ideal for wearing on its layering or layering with a tank top or tee, the AMIRI Gradient Bowling Shirt features a complete silk construction that provides a luxurious experience. The silhouette features a spread collar along with a front button closure. The all-over AMIRI brand print makes an impression, along with the splatter-paint-inspired detailing that wraps up the look.

Additional must-haves from the new delivery include the AMIRI Arts District Tee and the AMIRI MA Bandana Tee. These cotton-cut tees sport crew necklines, screen-printed AMIRI branding, and additional imagery at the front and rear. The AMIRI Script Trucker Hat also makes an impression with its cotton construction at the face and the curved brim. Embroidered AMIRI branding resides at the front, while the mesh quarter panels, adjustable backstrap, and leather logo patch round out the rest of the design.
