Growing up in San Francisco, Heron Preston always had an eye for fashion and culture. This resulted in him studying at New York City’s Parsons School of Design, which is right around the same time he established his style blog. His blog grew, resulting in him eventually connecting with the late Virgil Abloh. After graduating, Heron Preston began working as a marketing specialist and social media director for Nike. Heron Preston maintained close ties with the late Virgil Abloh, who eventually connected Preston with the same Italian production and distribution company as Off-White. Preston partnered with this company, officially launching his namesake label Heron Preston in 2017.

Taking into account a heavy streetwear focus, Heron Preston’s aesthetic can be described as workwear redefined. Merging the worlds of luxury and streetwear into one, the brand emphasizes concepts of innovation, experimentation, and unpredictability. The brand’s signature trademarks are its signature orange color, orange brand patch, and heron bird graphic. The word ‘style’ written in Cyrillic is also heavily-implemented throughout the brand’s repertoire. Heron Preston introduces its latest streetwear apparel delivery. One stand-out item from this collection is the Heron Preston Heron Patches Varsity Jacket. Composed of a blend of polyester, wool, and polyamide, the jacket features striped ribbed detailing at the trims for added dimension. The button-up closure secures the look, while the side pockets add additional functionality to the overall silhouette. A selection of embroidered branding is seen throughout, in addition to Heron Preston-inspired branded patchwork for a finishing touch. Alongside the jacket are the Heron Preston CTNMB Sweatpants. Cut from cotton, the sweatpants incorporate an elastic waistband in addition to a signature orange stitched Heron Preston logo patch. Elastic detailing resides at the cuffs, while the side pockets add further functionality to the look. Screen-printed Cyrillic text resides at the leg.

A final stand-out apparel item from Heron Preston’s latest collection is the Heron Preston Shredded Knit Crewneck. Composed of wool, this premium crewneck takes on a distressed finish for added dimension. Cut-out detailing can be seen throughout, while the embroidered CTMB text alongside the stitched logo patch wraps up the remainder of the silhouette.
