Back for the First Time in a Decade, Air Jordan 13 ‘Flint’ Releases 5/30
Marissa Villamor
Following a shock drop during the final episodes of Michael Jordan’s 10-part docu-series, The Last Dance, the vastly popular Air Jordan 13 ‘Flint’ is releasing this Saturday, May 30. Air Jordan 13 originally released in 1997 in seven different colorways made by iconic designer, Tinker Hatfield.
The Air Jordan 13 ‘Flint’ silhouette originally debuted back during Jordan's '97-'98 season with the Chicago Bulls. Since then, the silhouette has re-released both in 2005 and 2010. This is the fourth release that the Air Jordan 13 ‘Flint’ has been introduced in the iconic colorway.
The 2020 silhouette features a white leather and navy mesh upper with flint grey suede on the mudguards and heel. Contrasting details feature a university blue Jumpman logos on the tongue, a Jumpman holograph on the ankle and 3M detailing throughout the upper. Other details feature white laces and a white and grey rubber outsole.
