Assistant General Manager | FEATURE LA JOLLA
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is crucial for retail success by embodying Feature's ethos and overseeing operations. Key duties include maintaining stock levels, managing brand sell-through, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient scheduling, team management, Shopify, and inventory software. The AGM analyzes store traffic for staffing adjustments, enforces policies, nurtures talent, and delegates inventory tasks. Responsibilities also cover inventory management, shrinkage control, driving team sales performance, client outreach, relationship maintenance, developing operational strategies, leading projects, staff development, conflict resolution, sales planning, quality control, financial management, and generating performance reports for senior management.
