Customer Development Specialist | Feature CA
The Client Development Specialist is integral to FEATURE’s success, as they are responsible for creating and maintaining genuine relationships with clients. This full-time position will be responsible for embodying and translating the FEATURE DNA of ‘All Things Good’ into their everyday interactions with customers, knowledge on products, and overall passion for FEATURE. In this role, the Client Development Specialist will be accountable for tailoring a unique FEATURE experience to clients, and guide them as they visit our retail locations. Other day-to-day duties include client communications, outreach initiatives, customer service, and brand awareness.

The purpose of this position is to assist the Assistant and Store Manager with day-to-day operations as well as policy enforcement and efficient task delegation. RESPONSIBILITIES: The overall success of the store requires daily, weekly and monthly upkeep. As the Keyholder, your job is to work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to be able to delegate these recurring tasks to your people in leadership positions. This position reports to the Brand Marketing Manager and is aligned with FEATURE’s omni-channel strategy. The Copywriter is analytical, creative and can create written copy for both e-commerce + content platforms. This full-time position must have excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. The FEATURE Copywriter can create on-brand yet compelling copy across all relevant FEATURE channels.
