Nike Air Force 1 x Tiffany & Co. '1837' Release March 7

Haven Neiman

No other jewelry brand has made a better name for itself than Tiffany & Co. Established in 1837 in New York, New York, Tiffany 7 Co. is best known for its iconic blue box that is tied with a white ribbon, which overall embodies a particular type of contemporary sophistication that makes an unexpected statement. Tiffany & Co. has set the American standard for sterling silver. Considered a legendary brand for 186 years, Tiffany & Co. officially joins another legendary brand—Nike, for a debut collaboration presented on the iconic Air Force 1 silhouette.

While Tiffany & Co.’s roots in New York City are strong, its time there has also shaped the beloved Air Force 1’s Triple Black colorway. This resulting collaboration represents New York, as it bridges basketball and street style that made the Air Force 1 the crossover icon it is today. Fans have been fantasizing about an official collaboration between the two legendary American brands. It started with Diamond Supply Co.’s ‘Diamond’ take on the SB Dunk Low in 2005. In addition to the Nike Air Force 1 x Tiffany & Co. ‘1837,’ this debut collaboration also introduces a unique set of sterling silver accessories only available through Tiffany & Co.’s website.

Arriving in a detailed co-branded Tiffany Blue box, the Nike Air Force 1 x Tiffany & Co. 1837 also comes with black rape laces and three pairs of flat laces in Tiffany Blue, yellow, and white. The sneaker is dressed in premium black suede, while the Tiffany Blue Swoosh at the side panels makes an impression. As for comfort, that can be found through the foam midsole and perforated toe box. The Tiffany Blue-accented pivot points define the shoe even further. Nike-branded Tiffany Blue insoles add even more dimension to the design, while further spotlighting is seen at the co-branded and laser-etched silver plates above each heel. The tongue's archival Tiffany & Co. logo wraps up the remainder of this elevated sneaker.
