New Balance Footwear Arrivals
Haven Neiman
Boston-based athletic shoe brand New Balance has made an impression on the fashion industry since its first introduction in 1906 by William J. Riley. The brand originally set out to produce products for arch support and additional orthopedic footwear to provide those with a ‘new balance.’ The brand eventually transitioned to introduce more lifestyle and everyday New Balance shoes once the ‘60s rolled around. New Balance is highly recognized by its signature oversized ‘N’ logo that is seen on the side panels.
The brand has kept itself as a leader in the fashion world by crafting iconic, comfortable, and high-quality footwear. New Balance perfectly blends fashion and function, all while offering optimal performance technology and the aesthetic anyone is looking for. New Balance is more than just sneakers, it is a lifestyle that continues to spread globally. One highly refined and innovative New Balance shoe is the New Balance 9060. Spotlighting a premium mesh upper, the design also includes additional pig skin suede overlays. A tongue logo is inspired by the original New Balance 991 lace jewel. The translucent CR device makes an appearance at the heel, while the dual-density midsole spotlights ABZORB and SBS cushioning. Both of these components add optimal comfort to each step. The rubber diamond outsole pattern underneath ties together the silhouette.
Another stand-out footwear item from New Balance’s sneaker repertoire is the New Balance 2002R. This vintage-inspired design brings 2002 back to 2022. First introduced 10 years in 2010, this design has been subtly updated and revived for a modern touch. This classic throwback spotlights a blend of mesh and pig suede within the upper. The same comfort found throughout the rest of the New Balance running line is provided by the ABZORB midsole. The Stability Web and N-ergy outsole adds optimal energy return and comfort. The treaded rubber outsole underneath solidifies the rest of the design.
