Widely recognized by its graffiti-influenced Stüssy stock logo, Stüssy is considered to be the “original” streetwear brand. The surf and skate-inspired label was established by former surfer Shawn Stussy in Laguna Beach, California. Shawn Stussy fell into the clothing business due to his love of surfing, which resulted in him selling screen-printed t-shirts and shorts along with his hand-shaped surfboards. This small business quickly took off, continuing to grow beyond creative and aesthetic barriers in pop culture. Each design and aesthetic from Stüssy references underground subcultures such as surfing, skating, and hip-hop. Having redefined the look and ideology of casual streetwear, Stüssy has grown from a youth movement to inadvertently revolutionize fashion houses worldwide. 

The staple streetwear brand introduces the second drop of the Fall ‘22 collection. Designed by Stüssy’s London friends and family, the collection is heavily influenced by the brand’s signature motifs such as the iconic 8 ball. These familiar silhouettes spotlight relaxed fits, and apparel that takes into account California’s relaxed aesthetic.

The Fall ‘22 collection introduces seasonally-appropriate outerwear silhouettes, such as the Stüssy Reverse Down Workgear Vest that is perfect for the cooler months. The silhouette is reversible and constructed entirely from nylon for a durable touch. Angled patch pockets are seen in addition to a welt zip chest pocket and vertical welt pockets on the reversible side. On the reversible side is embroidered Stüssy branding that offers further dimension to the must-have design. The snap closure secures the fit. Additionally, the Stüssy Ripstop Down Puffer Jacket is a must-have for the fall. Made from nylon, the design includes a polar fleece lining that adds more warmth to the silhouette. Slanted zip-welt pockets and a branded shock cord are added for functionality. Embroidered branding can be seen at the left sleeve cuff, while the interior zippered chest pocket adds a functional finish.

Stüssy also continues its graphic series with the Stüssy 100% Pig. Dyed Tee. Composed of cotton, the tee features a ribbed neckline for added dimension and detail. The pigment-dyed silhouette offers a one-of-a-kind aesthetic. The screen-printed branding at the front and rear wraps up the rest of the design. Alongside the tee is the Stüssy Dyed Stüssy Designs Pant. This premium everyday silhouette is garment-dyed for a unique touch. In-set welt pockets and a rear back pocket are placed for added functionality. The screen-printed branding at the left thigh wraps up the rest of the look.
