Sanders Pace Architecture put together a great design for a couple who's wish was to live near where they were raised. Their wish came true through the eyes of Sanders and the team creating Barrier Island. The residence was a remodel of a 50+ year home turned into a clean and modern look. The light base color of the home give the house a real natural look as well as a modern theme.
