Prices & Payment:

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices at any given time without prior notice.

Sales tax will be charged on all In-Store and Online purchases in the State of Nevada

All payments are processed using SSl Encryption Technology. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol developed for the secure transmission of private information over the internet. SSl utilizes a private key to encrypt your personal information including credit card information while it is transferred over the internet.

Shipping & Handling

All orders ship within 48 hours, however, the allocation and order processing functions happen within hours. Once an order is in the allocation and processing stage, orders cannot be cancelled.

Domestic shipping will be fulfilled by the United States Postal Service or UPS. International shipping will be fulfilled by either United States Postal Service or UPS at our discretion. Customers will be emailed tracking information as soon as their order has been shipped. Shipping times are estimated during the checkout process and should be interpreted as such. Shipping times may vary based on location and/or service. We do not guarantee these shipping times as a third party handles delivery, and variances are out of our control.

International Buyers: Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs and/or duties on your order. These fees are your responsibility and Feature has no control over them. If you have questions about customs and duties fees please contact your local customs office. Packages that are returned due to duties unpaid will be refunded upon receipt minus any fees to re-import the items. Additionally, shipping fees will not be refunded. In many cases, the cost to retrieve the items back to Feature will be more than the value of the actual product(s). In these cases, the package will be abandoned and there will not be any reimbursement. We will reach out to you before a package is abandoned to encourage any payment of duties/taxes for you to retrieve the item(s). This will also apply to any refused packages. Please note that refused packages are a choice by the buyer and that most chargeback and Paypal cases in these scenarios are successfully challenged by our customer service team. Please do your best to help us help you resolve these situations.

Signature Confirmation: We offer a signature confirmation option at checkout and this is 100% at the buyer’s discretion. However, we DO recommend this service for an added layer of protection, especially if you live in a high traffic area such as an apartment building in a large metropolitan area, or a community where a package can easily be stolen from your doorstep. Packages showing “delivered” will be treated as such by Feature/USPS/UPS/Paypal and most credit card companies. We WILL do our best to assist you in any missing package issues, but when a package shows “delivered” and a buyer opts-out of Signature Confirmation there is not much we can do. We do not reimburse these types of packages.

Packages sent back to Feature as “Return to Sender” can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense unless the error is ours our the carriers. In these cases, we can re-ship the package at our expense.

Phone/Email Orders

Due to certain online selling restrictions, certain items are listed as available via phone/email order. You can call 702-823-2290 during normal business hours to place an order or email info@feature.com. If emailing an order please include the style, size, and description in your request. We will send an invoice directly to the email provided for the item(s). Tracking will be emailed within 48 hours of order placement.

Returns & Exchanges:

We apologize that your item did not work out.

Please click the link to the Feature Return Center to begin the returns process. Please DO NOT use the Return Center to cancel an order.

All questions regarding an item's return qualification can be found on the home page of the link above.

**On the “Returns Page” please enter the email you used for your order. You will be emailed the return instructions. Returns will only be accepted for items within 14 days from delivery of the product. ALL SALE/CLEARANCE items and any LIMITED RELEASE products are considered FINAL SALE and will NOT be eligible for return. There are some other products that may not be eligible for return as well. This information will be reflected on the product page. Once a return is started, please note that all tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused/unworn. Please DO NOT tape the shipping label directly to any shoe box. This makes the product unsellable and these packages will be refused and returned to the sender. Once the return is processed, the customer will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the return shipping fee (fees vary by size, weight and location). A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return. The online store credit CAN NOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.

Please note that orders made with a “bot” type service may or may not be cancelled at our discretion. It is not our responsibility to control a buyer’s “bot.”

Raffles & Drawings

Please be sure that the raffle you are entering is for an item you want to win with 100% certainty as we cannot cancel raffle entries. Once a winner is selected we cannot cancel an order. Also, please only submit ONE entry unless your goal is to win more than one unit. Multiple entry winners will have to purchase ALL winning entries if applicable.
