Retail Associate | Scottsdale
Our Sales Team is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships in our retail stores. Associates must demonstrate high degrees of proficiency to interact with the customers and identify their needs to best maximize sales opportunities. Our Associates are responsible for continuing the client contact beyond the initial sale as well as maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store. This will include the receiving of merchandise and presentation to the selling floor, processing of markdowns and removal from the floor for transfers. They have an ability to successful operate our point-of-sale (POS) register system and operate our email system.

As the Keyholder, your job is to work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to be able to delegate these recurring tasks to your people in leadership positions. Being involved in every aspect of the store enhances visibility and flow of product, customers and staffing.

Loss Prevention | Wynn
We are excited to add this critical member to the FEATURE Team. The purpose of this position is to be a presence and a deterrent from possible theft in the FEATURE brick and mortar locations. This position is strictly hands-off, and any issues will be relayed directly to the store manager.

Warehouse Associate | Las Vegas
The FEATURE Warehouse Team Members are an integral part of our company’s success and perform various functions such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.
