WTF! Happened: The Lox

4

Sheek Louch, Styles P, and Jadakiss made up the 90's hip hop group, The Lox. The New York trio started their musical talents in high school then elevated to a stronger force through the media. After collaborating with Puff Daddy in his single, "It's All About the Benjamins", their success led to gaining national exposure and becoming a part of Puff Daddy's Bad Boy family. Their first album, Money, Power & Respect, went platinum alongside the Bad Boy team but became disappointed on their future business moves causing them to leave Bad Boy and join the Ruff Ryders. Expressing their vicious flows within the strong collective, they soon became a hardcore rap group. Recent years, Styles P and Jadakiss pursued solo careers and later regrouped in 2012 to release a collabortive effort with hip hop legends, the Wu Tang Clan. Although they have started out with radio hits, The Lox will be known for their hard rhymes and energy.
