Feature'd Album Of The Week: Tupac 'All Eyez on Me'
Kevin Sanchez
This week's 'Feature'd Album of the Week' showcases Tupac and his fourth studio album, 'All Eyez on Me'. Released early in 1996 almost a year after Tupac began his prison sentence, the record is frequently recognized as one of the crowning achievements of 1990s rap music. All Eyez on Me was the second album from 2Pac to hit number-one on both the Billboard 200 and the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. The project sees Tupac's unabashed embrace of the gangsta lifestyle, backing off the sober self-recognition of Me Against the World.
