WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, all eligible items can be returned for store credit within 16 days of the original purchase date. Once a return is started, please note that all tags must be attached, the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused/unworn.

PLEASE NOTE: Any return request on orders made with ‘bot’ type services and backlinks will be canceled at our discretion. Do NOT tape the shipping label directly to any shoe box. This makes the product unsellable, and these packages will no longer be eligible for return and will be returned to the sender.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Eligible products can be returned within 14 days if purchased at any of our retail locations, and 16 days if purchased online (to account for shipping time). This excludes special release items, sale items, and items indicated as final sale (all items will be noted in the product description).

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

DO YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

We do not currently cover return shipping costs. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

What are your return label and shipping fees?

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label that’s cost will be deducted from your store credit balance.

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 16 days.

What items are non-refundable?

- Items marked as final sale.

- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

- Items considered limited or special release.

Do you offer cashback for refunds?

All items being returned are only eligible for store credit.

How soon will i receive my store credit?

The store credit will be issued instantly once your return has been authorized.

Does the store credit expire?

Our store credit never expires and can be used in-store and online.
