Manager of Web Analytics

We are excited to add this critical member to the FEATURE team. In the Manager of Web Analytics position, you will have a primary focus on developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting. In this role you will use your analytical mindset and business intelligence to help FEATURE find executional insights that allow our online business to become best-in-class. This position plays a crucial role on the Ecommerce team; whose ultimate objective is to increase traffic, revenue, conversion, AOV and AOS on our website and mobile app. Our ideal candidate has a passion for sneakers but also enjoys fashion, art, music, and an active lifestyle. You must be able to excel in a fun and fast–moving environment all while paying close attention to details and meeting set deadlines. This is a full-time position and will be located in the Salt Lake City area.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Digital Analytics Manager or Data Scientist
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field
  • Excels in both Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive and be productive in a fast-moving environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
  • Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources
  • Align with Ecommerce strategy and understand business needs and objectives
  • Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality and reliable data
  • Extract reporting from multiple data sources
  • Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
  • Implement a BI/Data Visualization tool
  • Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
  • Audit, implement and maintain all aspects of Google Tag Manager, hard-coded and Shopify integrations
  • Keep abreast of industry news and trends
  • Obsessively drive improvements to all website and app KPIs
